30th August 2011

Dear Mr Hamer,

I wrote to you on the 13th August and have not had a reply from you or the BBC Executive. I copy below my letter of the 13th August and respectfully ask again for the name of the manager dealing with my complaint. Thank you.

The BBC's coverage of the 9/11 Attacks

Thank you for your letter dated 10th August.

I am aware of the BBC procedures as they were kindly forwarded to me in early May by your colleague Miss Caroline Haydon. I do understand there is a distinction beween the Trust and the complaints process. However you will know from our previous correspondence that Audience Services within the BBC do not reply promptly or sometimes at all ie they say they did not receive my letter of 10th May. When they have eventually replied in two instances they do not deal with the substance of my complaints.

So that I may be absolutely clear where my letters of the 7th and 16th July have been passed to, would you please give me the name and address of a manager in the Executive that you have passed my letters to, so that if they have not replied in a reasonable timespan I may prompt them for a response.

Yours Sincerely,

Paul Warburton
